Arnon Dror is the current Senior Operations Executive of Janus Technologies and has worked as Vice President of Finance for Xerox Corporation and other technology companies in the past. Arnon leads with expertise in finance and strategy planning, systems and technology, financial and business modeling, turnarounds and mergers, negotiations, internal controls, and cash flow management.

Mr. Dror is a trusted advisor to company leadership with strength in analyzing and presenting solutions and recommending strategic decisions. With extensive skills in managing global business and a record of excellence in integrating, restructuring, and leading businesses to transcend all revenue and performance targets, Mr. Dror is a hands-on and results-driven international CFO and Senior Operations Executive in companies he has worked with.

The Global Order-to-Cash transformation for Xerox Technology was led by Arnon Dror, creating $50 million in savings for the business. He had also managed the Kodak Global Supply Chain transformation, delivering $120 million cash savings between inventory and distribution cost. During his stint with other companies, Mr. Dror had spearheaded negotiations and implementations that worked for the welfare of those companies.

Mr. Dror is an alumnus of Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel, graduating with a degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA in Finance.
